Shipping & Handling
Once an order is received it will be shipped within 14 days, unless otherwise notified. All shipping will come out of San Diego, CA, so please allow for appropriate delays. To cut down on waste, all purchases will be mailed in post-consumer recycled materials that are recyclable or compostable. When appropriate, shipments will also be shipped with clean and reused plastic packaging. Currently Bone's Bags only ships to the U.S. If you are out of the country, please contact me to arrange a special order.
Bone's Bags aims to please. If upon receipt of your purchase you notice a serious defect in the item(s) please contact Bone's Bags within twenty (20) days of shipping to discuss an exchange or refund.
